What training will I receive in the Shine On program?

Yes, all Shine On interns receive a competitive monthly stipend to support their living expenses during the 6-month program. The stipend is designed to be fair and commensurate with the internship nature and industry standards. Detailed information regarding the exact stipend amount and payment schedule will be provided to selected candidates during the offer process. Beyond financial compensation, you will also gain invaluable experience, professional networks, and potential opportunities for full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.

Do Shine On interns receive a stipend?

The onboarding date will be communicated to successful candidates upon selection through your registered email. For Shine On 2026, the expected onboarding date is 23 June 2026. You will receive a formal offer letter with detailed onboarding instructions, orientation schedule, and all necessary documents to prepare for your first day at MB Life. Our HR team will guide you through the entire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
